Our hearts go out to all citizens impacted by the earthquake in the Sisak-Moslavina County, Zagreb County, Krapina-Zagorje County and Karlovac County. To help them during this difficult time, we have prepared a series of measures.
For all clients who were registered as residing or headquartered in Sisak-Moslavina County on the day of the earthquake (29 December 2020), in the period from 31 December 2020 to 28 February 2021, the Bank has:

Additionally, the Bank has temporarily suspended the initiation of collection measures for overdue debts until 30 April 2021.

In order to help citizens whose homes were damaged in the devastating earthquake that hit Sisak-Moslavina County, we have donated one million kuna to the Croatian Red Cross.
We would like to point out that all outstanding payments that were supposed to become due in January and February 2021 will become due after the expiration of abovementioned measures, on 1 March 2021along with the payments (annuity/instalment) for March, which is why the Bank provided a more permanent assistance measure in the form of a payment deferral i.e. moratorium on loans
The Bank provides assistance measures in the form of a payment deferral, i.e. a moratorium on loans to citizens and business entities affected by the series of earthquakes since 29 December 2020.
