We are introducing a new app, NOVA m-zaba, for Android and iOS users to improve our service. Please download it only after receiving instructions on the screen of your old m-zaba on the switch to NOVA m-zaba.
When you receive instructions for activation of NOVA m-zaba on the screen of your old m-zaba:
- select the "ACTIVATE NOVA M-ZABA" button which will take you to Store,
- download the NOVA m-zaba app and open it,
- enter the PIN you have been using for your old m-zaba to activate NOVA m-zaba,
- delete the old m-zaba app, which will be deactivated upon activation of NOVA m-zaba.
In addition to the "ACTIVATE NOVA M-ZABA" button on the screen of the old m-zaba app, you can also select the "CONTINUE WORKING" button which will open old m-zaba and you can continue working as usual. This button may be used for 2 days from the moment when the instructions are displayed in the old m-zaba app. After that, you will only be able to select the "ACTIVATE NOVA M-ZABA" button.
If you haven't received the instructions for switching to the NOVA m-zaba app on your old m-zaba, but you have downloaded the NOVA m-zaba app, you can do the following:
- wait for the instructions in your old m-zaba app and then activate the NOVA m-zaba app by entering your PIN which you have been using in the old m-zaba app
- activate the NOVA m-zaba app by entering the identification and activation keys which you may download in e-zaba or get them in our branches.
- App activation by entering the PIN if you are locked out of the app
- App transfer from one mobile phone to another by getting app activation keys on your new phone from the app on your old phone (Settings -> Transfer m-zaba to a new device)
- App resolution adjustment and optimisation for all iPhone models.
