EIF - InnovFin

Financing is supported by the InnovFin Guarantee Facility, with the financial backing of the European Union under Horizon 2020 Financial Instruments and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) set up under the Investment Plan for Europe. The purpose of EFSI is to help support financing and implementing productive investments in the European Union and to ensure increased access to financing.  The guarantee is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises and small mid-cap enterprises which are focused on research and development and have the potential for innovation.

Purpose of the Guarantee:

• Investment in tangible and intangible assets, working capital or business transfers

Benefits

1. More favorable financing conditions compared to the financing without InnovFin guarantee
2. If the company is eligible for the loan with InnovFin guarantee, there is no need for guarantee application, or guarantee agreement, the guarantee is automatically provided for the loan
3. InnovFin guarantee covers 50% of the due principal and/or interest amount of the loan
