How can I get new identification and activation key for m-zabaPS or m-tokenPS?
Users of m-zabaPS and/or m-tokenPS who are also users of e-zaba business banking service, in the case of locking of m-zabaPS/m-tokenPS, deleting the application from the mobile device and/or change of the mobile device, can submit their request for resending m-zabaPS and/or m-tokenPS application via e-zaba. The request is entered by using “m-zabaPS“ or “m-tokenPS“ option in the left vertical e-zaba menu, selecting the option “Change Service“ (“Promjena usluge”).
Upon processing the request, the identification and activation keys which are required for activating m-zabaPS and/or m-tokenPS will be available to the person authorised for using e-zaba.
