Concessions Registry is an electronic registry of contracts and the central source of information on all concessions granted on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Concession grantors are obliged to submit to the Registry information on contractual concession and changes in the concession agreements within 10 days of signing the contract or of such changes. The Registry is public and accessible 24 hours a day.
The Concessions Registry service allows to:
- concession grantor - an overview of data from all individual concession contracts concluded with concessionaires. In addition to an insight into the data on the payments, the concession grantor also has the possibility to print out the notification on due outstanding fee of the concessionaire.
- concessionaire - an overview of data from all his concession contracts.
- others (business entities and natural persons who are neither concession grantors nor concessionaires) have access to public data from the Registry:
name of the concession grantor
company number of the concession grantor
name of the concessionaire
commencement date of concession activities
expiration date of concession activities
title (type) of the concession
location of concession activities
valid coefficient for calculating the concession fee

Prices
Monthly fee for service usage is calculated and charged by the Bank in accordance with the Decision on Fees for Bank Services.
Other fees are calculated and charged by FINA by invoicing the user in accordance with FINA's tariffs, which are available on FINA's website or in the nearest FINA branch.
