On 15 March 2021, Zagrebačka banka stopped selling and issuing Visa Electron prepaid cards - Visa gift cards due to compliance with the mandates of the Visa card company.
Information on the remaining amount on a Visa prepaid card is available in any Bank branch or the automated answering service of our contact centre. You can pay out the remaining amount on the card in any Bank branch, free of charge, even the card has expired.
