Mr. Romeo Collina, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, will leave Zagrebačka banka d.d. on 1 March 2016, but he will continue his career in the UniCredit Group.
The Bank will issue a statement on any changes in the Management Board membership as soon as they occur and depending on future decisions made by the Supervisory Board.
