The Supervisory Board of Zagrebačka banka has approved the appointment of Ivan Vlaho for the position of CEO and Chairman of the Management Board, subject to Croatian National Bank approval.
Ivan Vlaho, currently Deputy CEO of UniCredit Bank Hungary, will replace Romeo Collina, who after 40 successful years in the banking sector, will retire. Ivan Vlaho will formally start his new position on September 1st, 2021, following the regulatory approval of his appointment.
Lorenzo Ramajola, currently Zaba CFO, will take over the position of CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Slovenia from Marco Esposito who will retire, starting from June 1st 2021, following the approval of the European Central Bank.
Jasna Mandac will replace Lorenzo Ramajola as a Bank's Management Board Member, following the regulatory approval.
