A transaction account enables you to make cash and cashless payment transactions in euro and other currencies. A variety of services based on modern technological solutions are available to you for making financial transactions without temporal and spatial limitations.
Do you want to open a transaction account?
Start here with a few simple steps. After you fill out the form, we will contact you and arrange a meeting in a Bank branch, at a time and place of your choice.
You can open a transaction account with the help of your Relationship Manager and in any business centre of the Bank. For instructions concerning arrangements, contact your Relationship Manager, your financial transaction adviser.

Large number of Bank clients - Enables making transactions quicker and less expensive since orders made to accounts in the same bank are most favourable and are implemented the quickest.
Conditions
All business entities can open a transaction account (legal and natural persons engaged in an economic activity or independent profession).
In order to open a transaction account, you must submit the required documents and fill in the Bank forms.
Required documents
You must submit original documents or copies notarized by a notary public. The original or notarized copy may not be older than 3 months: LEGAL PERSONS / ASSOCIATIONS / SOLE TRADERS
Court register certificate, or the competent entity registration if registration in a register is stipulated by law / an act of incorporation from a competent body (if the business entity is not registered in a court register and is not established by law) / transcript from the relevant law or another piece of legislation if the business entity was established by law or another piece of legislation.
Notification of classification as per the National Classification of Economic Activities from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics
OIB certificate, if it is not listed on the registration documentation
OIB certificates and copies of identification documents of authorised representatives
SOLE PROPRIETORS
Trade register certificate
Trade licence or privilege certificate

In order to open a transaction account, you must submit the required documents and fill in the Bank forms.
You can open a transaction account with your Relationship Manager in any business centre of the Bank.
All business entities can open a transaction account (legal and natural persons engaged in an economic activity or independent profession).
The Agreement on opening and maintenance of the transaction account and effecting payment services is signed by an authorized person of the Bank and a person who is authorized to represent the client – for the business entity that the Bank identifies when opening the account
In addition to the account for regular business, you can also open an account for business of the organizational part of a business entity and special purpose accounts (an account as needed by the client, an account for a project co-financed by EU funds, a special purpose account according to law / a piece of legislation).

You can send statements to a foreign bank of your choice (SWIFT message MT940). In addition to statements, information about the transaction account balance and activity is available at any moment via m-zaba or Zabafon.
You can get a solvency statement (SOL-2 form) via e-zaba, from your Relationship Manager or in any branch of the Bank.
