The card can be arranged by any legal or natural person performing a registered activity, with a seat in the Republic of Croatia, or a foreign business entity in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Act, if they meet the requirements of creditworthiness in accordance with the internal documents of the Bank regarding card issuance and limit approval.

How to use a revolving loan with repayment in monthly instalments?
When filling in the application form, it is necessary to select the desired number of instalments, i.e. a maximum of 36 by which the incurred costs will be divided. On due date, i.e. on the 25th of the month, individual instalments become due, while an interest rate is applied on the rest of the used loan. The interest is paid quarterly.
How to use go! business for deferred payment?
If when filling in the application form one instalment is selected as the mode of payment, or if the entire amount of costs incurred which are indicated in the Notification of the Costs Incurred is paid in full no later than the date of maturity. Costs due are settled by automatic payment from the transaction account of the business entity on the 25th of the month, i.e. 20 days after the Notification of the Costs Incurred is made.
Do I need to open a transaction account with Zagrebačka banka in order to conclude a go! business Mastercard card agreement?
Yes, payment of costs per card is carried out by debiting the business account on the 25th of the month.
I already have a Business Mastercard card to the name of my company/sole proprietorship. Can I arrange a go! business Mastercard?
Yes.
Can I choose the payment date when concluding a card agreement?
No, the payment date is on the 25th of the month and it cannot be changed.
Can I use my business card immediately upon receipt?
The card is delivered to the address of the business entity non-activated and may be used after activation described in the letter accompanying the card. The activation differs depending on the card type and the reason for issuing the new card. Therefore, the activation will be possible using particular channels, such as online banking for business entities or IVR, as well as by visiting a branch or the business or corporate centre of Zagrebačka banka.
If you activate your card before 11 a.m., it will be ready for use after 11:30 a.m. If you activate your card between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., you will be able to use it after 6:30 p.m.

How can I monitor costs incurred with the card?
All costs incurred with end user cards are indicated in the Notification of the Costs Incurred that the Bank sends to the primary card user on a monthly basis to the address of the business entity. In addition, all information on costs, available card limits and the loan balance is available on e-zabaPS (for business entities).
Can I change the payment date?
The payment date, the 25th of the month, cannot be changed. The payment date is 20 days after the Notification of Incurred Costs is made.
What amount of cash may I withdraw with my go! business Mastercard card?
The total amount of withdrawal per go! business Mastercard cards for end users of a business entity is limited to HRK 10,000 a month.
I forgot my business card PIN. How can I request a new PIN?
To receive a new business card PIN (Visa Business Electron, Visa Business charge card, Business Mastercard or go! business Mastercard), you need to contact your Relationship Manager or SME Banker in business or corporate centres. You can check your card PIN in m-zaba for business banking if you have arranged that service.
How are costs charged?
Costs are charged to the transaction account of the business entity on the 25th of the month.
The end user is obliged to report a lost or stolen card immediately to the Bank’s Contact center (24/7) via tel. 01 3789 789 and confirm the report in writing in nearest branch of the Bank, business centre or corporate centre. It is also possible to report a lost/stolen card in the nearest Bank branch or with your Relationship Manager or banker in charge of small enterprises or sole proprietors.
Which personal data are stored on the contactless payment chip and may a salesperson reach the data about my transaction?
In accordance with the personal data protection policy regarding card users, personal data are not stored on the chip, and neither can they be transferred on the terminal upon payment. Cards do not enable the salesperson to access the data on the user's transactions.
Can a lost contactless card be misused?
As soon as you notice that your card has disappeared, report this immediately to the Bank so that all the necessary measures for preventing misuse could be undertaken in a timely manner. After reporting the disappearance of the card, you are free from any responsibility and protected from financial loss in case of any misuse.
How can I reduce or avoid the risk of misuse of my card?
Please adhere to the following pieces of advice:
Remember the PIN and never write it down on the card or other documents
Sign the card immediately upon receipt
Destroy the old card (it will suffice to cut it through the magnetic stripe) after the expiration date
Do not communicate the PIN or card data EVER to ANYONE
Do not leave the card in visible places (in the car, in the cloakroom, in the hotel room, the restaurant etc.).
Make sure to check the transaction amount prior to authenticating the transaction by signature or PIN
After the payment, verify that the card returned to you is really yours
