On 11 September 2015, Zagrebačka banka d.d. and International Financial Corporation exercised their mutual option rights and obligations, established on 27 November 2012, in relation to 6,831 ordinary shares with voting right whose issuer is UniCredit Bank d.d. with registered office at the address Kardinala Stepinca b.b., 88 000 Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina (the issuer) which represents 5.73% of share capital of the issuer.
The transaction was made on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange trading system, and the ownership share of Zagrebačka banka d.d. in share capital of the issuer will increase from 93.57% to 99.30% following the transaction.
