The Supervisory Board of Zagrebačka Banka has received and accepted the resignation of Miljenko Živaljić as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO at Zagrebačka banka, with immediate effect.
Miljenko Živaljić has decided to leave the bank for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board of Zagrebačka Banka subsequently chose Romeo Collina, currently a member of the Supervisory Board of the bank, as a candidate for interim deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
