In pursuance of Article 462 and 496 of the Capital Markets Act, Zagrebacka banka d.d. announces that as of today the Annual Report of Zagrebacka banka for the year ended 31 December 2018 is publicly available on the web pages of the Bank at its address www.zaba.hr and has been delivered to the Zagreb Stock Exchange for the purpose of publication on its website, and it has been delivered to the Official Register of the Prescribed Information (CFSSA).
Pursuant to Article 463 paragraph 2 of the Capital Markets Act, and related to the public disclosure of Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018, Zagrebacka banka announces that at the meeting held on 28 February 2019, the Supervisory Board granted approval in respect to annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of Zagrebacka banka d.d. for the year ended 31 December 2018, which have been prepared and submitted to the Supervisory Board by the Bank’s Management Board and in pursuance of the provision of Article 300 d of the Companies Act, these financial statements have been thus established.
The Supervisory Board granted approval in respect to the Report of Condition of Zagrebacka banka d.d. and Its Subsidiaries and Associates for the year ended 31 December 2018, submitted to the Supervisory Board by the Bank’s Management Board.
In the year ended 31 December 2018, Zagrebacka banka d.d. made profits after taxation in the amount of:
- HRK 1,857,094,071.73 – through Profit and loss
- HRK 182,382.59 – through Other comprehensive income
and in pursuance of the proposal of the Decision on appropriation of profits, the realised profits of Zagrebacka banka, shall be appropriated as follows:
- the amount of HRK 1,854,200,919.45 for dividend payment,
- the amount of HRK 3,075,534.87 to the retained earnings of Zagrebacka banka d.d.
