For the sixth time, Top Employers Institute certified Zagrebačka banka and UniCredit Group as the leading employer in Croatia and Europe due to the excellent offer for employees, which confirmed the status of Zagrebačka banka and UniCredit as a great place to work. The annual international survey conducted by the Top Employers Institute identifies leading employers around the world: those who provide excellent conditions for employees, nurture and develop talents at all levels of the organization and strive to continuously optimize employment-related activities.
