payment of costs incurred using a revolving loan to cover the costs incurred with repayment in monthly instalments
The card can be arranged by any legal or natural person performing a registered activity, with a seat in the Republic of Croatia, or a foreign business entity in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Act, if they meet the requirements of creditworthiness in accordance with the internal documents of the Bank regarding card issuance and limit approval.

When filling in the application form, it is necessary to select the desired number of instalments, i.e. a maximum of 36 by which the incurred costs will be divided. On due date, i.e. on the 25th of the month, individual instalments become due, while an interest rate is applied on the rest of the used loan. The interest is paid quarterly.
If when filling in the application form one instalment is selected as the mode of payment, or if the entire amount of costs incurred which are indicated in the Notification of the Costs Incurred is paid in full no later than the date of maturity. Costs due are settled by automatic payment from the transaction account of the business entity on the 25th of the month, i.e. 20 days after the Notification of the Costs Incurred is made.

The card is delivered to the address of the business entity inactivate and may be used after activation as described in the letter accompanying the card. Activation differs depending on the card type and the reason for issuing the new card. Therefore, activation will be possible using particular channels, such as online banking for business entities or IVR, as well as by visiting a branch or the business or corporate centre of Zagrebačka banka.

Use
All costs incurred with end user cards are indicated in the Notification of the Costs Incurred that the Bank sends to the primary card user on a monthly basis to the address of the business entity. In addition, all information on costs, available card limits and the loan balance is available on e-zabaPS (for business entities).
The payment date, the 25th of the month, cannot be changed. The payment date is 20 days after the Notification of Incurred Costs is made.
The total amount of withdrawal per go! business Mastercard cards for end users of a business entity is limited to EUR 1.400 a month.
To receive a new business card PIN, you need to contact your Relationship Manager or banker in charge of small enterprises and sole proprietors in business or corporate centres.
You can check your card PIN in m-zaba for business banking if you have arranged that service.
Costs are charged to the transaction account of the business entity on the 25th of the month.
The user is obliged to report a lost or stolen card immediately to the bank’s Contact Centre (24/7) via tel. 01 3789 789 and confirm the report in writing in nearest branch of the bank.
It is also possible to report a lost/stolen card in the nearest bank branch.
In accordance with the personal data protection policy regarding card users, personal data are not stored on the chip, and neither can they be transferred on the terminal upon payment. Cards do not enable the salesperson to access the data on the user's transactions.
As soon as you notice that your card has disappeared, report this immediately to the Bank so that all the necessary measures for preventing misuse could be undertaken in a timely manner. After reporting the disappearance of the card, you are free from any responsibility and protected from financial loss in case of any misuse.
Please adhere to the following pieces of advice:
Remember the PIN and never write it down on the card or other documents
Destroy the old card (it will suffice to cut it through the magnetic stripe) after the expiration date
Do not communicate the PIN or card data EVER to ANYONE
Do not leave the card in visible places (in the car, in a cloakroom, in a hotel room, restaurant, etc.)
Make sure to check the transaction amount prior to payment
After the payment, verify that the card returned to you is really yours
