Daily Limits on Consumer Cards

To ensure additional security, Zagrebačka banka cards have daily limits on the amount and number of transactions (including a daily limit for contactless transactions).

You can adjust the daily limit, including the daily limit for contactless transactions, to your needs:

• through online banking via the m-zaba mobile application
• via e-branch
• by calling us on 01/3789 620
• in person at any of our branches.

Note: If you haven't used your card for online payments for more than a year, chances are that the Bank has lowered your daily limit for online transactions to 0 euros for security purposes. Therefore, before using your card to make an online payment, please check your daily limit for online transactions.
