Standing order

With a standing order you can pay your fixed-amount bills on time. You can arrange a standing order using online banking (e-zaba) or in the nearest Bank branch. All you need is an account number, i.e. IBAN of the payee whom you wish to pay and the payee’s name. The Bank will make payments for you from your transaction account on the date you select.

Arrangement

With a standing order you can pay your fixed-amount bills from your transaction account in favour of accounts of natural persons or business entities on a date that you choose.

You can also arrange it for investment into Open Savings or for paying pocket money to your loved ones to their account.

You can simply arrange a standing order using online banking (e-zaba) or in the nearest Bank branch.

Use

With a standing order, payments can be executed from the 1st until the 28th day of the month in accordance with the Timetable of receiving and executing orders.

If there are no sufficient funds in your account on the date of execution, execution will be attempted over the next 13 days. When there are sufficient funds in the account for its execution and fee, the standing order will be executed.

In case there are no sufficient funds in your account after 13 days, the standing order will not be executed, and the client can settle their obligations for said period by making a payment in favour of the payee.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days.
