We introduced the dual display of prices and monetary amounts in HRK and EUR for consumers as a part of our preparations for the adoption of the euro. The dual display will remain in force until the end of 2023.
The dual display applies to:
- the Resolution on the Fee Schedule for the Bank’s Services, which is available at the branch offices and on the Bank’s website
- the transaction account balance and activity report for accounts that were denominated in HRK prior to the euro adoption date: opening and closing account balance and overdraft amount
- online and mobile banking services for transaction accounts that were denominated in HRK prior to the euro adoption date: account balance and overdraft amount or available balance on at least one menu/screen in account display
- in predefined amounts offered on the screen when making cash withdrawals on ATMs and in account balances displayed upon request on the screen or receipt, if available, if the cash is paid out to a client whose account is managed by the ATM owner/user
- in the annual outstanding balance notice for credits denominated in HRK: outstanding balance and past due amount
- in annual HRK deposit balance notices: deposit balance
- in key information (prices and monetary value displays) for consumers as retail investors using investment and ancillary services.
The fixed conversion rate of HRK 7.53450 per EUR is displayed in addition to the dual display of prices and monetary amounts.
