Allianz Supplementary Health Insurance
Allianz Supplementary Health Insurance is a new dimension of healthcare offering wide coverage which can be arranged and ordered easily. You can choose from one of three simple packages:
Extra
It provides greater coverage for everything from the Comfort package along with: physical therapy, minor surgical procedures, dental procedures, m-Doctor and My DNA screening services.
Max
With even greater coverage, it includes everything from the Comfort and Extra packages along with extra hospital stay.
Benefits
- With the Extra and Max packages, you get a free m-Doctor service, which allows you to completely anonymously ask a physician a question at any time of day or night.
- Possibility of arranging additional coverage for cases of heart attack and stroke, as well as home care after hospital treatment in the event of an accident.
Use
Choose the health services you want and the location where you want them provided in the menu on the website www.allianz.hr or in the m-Allianz app. You will then be offered a list of healthcare providers and their contact information. Call an institution directly or email them, and schedule an appointment. Please provide your name and surname, the service you need, and the number of your supplementary health insurance policy.
Allianz Supplementary Health Insurance enables you to chat with physicians via the m-Doctor app. It also includes genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk detection, as well as a grant for the birth of a child.
You may completely anonymously ask a physician a question at any time of day or night using the Abi app and the Viber, Telegram, and Skype chat apps. The name and specialty of the physician replying to your question will always be visible to you, and each question you ask will be carefully considered and duly answered as soon as possible.
You can also insure a child from 7 to 17 years of age.
