Zagrebačka banka and Arhivanalitika – Economic Lab present Real Estate Pulse, the most comprehensive analysis of Croatia’s construction sector and residential real estate market.

The publication aims is to provide the professional and wider public, as well as the Bank’s clients, with relevant market insights and expert analyses that transform data into actionable information, serving as a basis for informed business and investment decisions.

The analysis is authored by renowned economic analysts Velimir Šonje and Ivica Brkljača, in collaboration with Hrvoje Dolenc, Director of Macroeconomic and Market Research at Zagrebačka banka.

Real Estate Pulse will be published four times a year and will continuously monitor developments in Croatia’s real estate and construction markets.
