The Split the Transaction into Installments Service is intended for primary and additional holders of an Individual Mastercard credit card (Standard, Gold, Platinum, Student).

Splitting a One-time Transaction into Installments
During a billing period, Individual Mastercard credit card holders can select in m-zaba any of the specially-marked one-time transactions made with that card, and check the possibility of subsequent splitting them into installments, quickly and simply.
In addition to the advantages of the existing interest-free, no-fee installment payment option available at specially marked sales locations of our contractual partners in Croatia, the new option by which particular one-time transactions can be subsequent split into installments brings advantages when making online purchases in Croatia and abroad for which the installment payment option is otherwise not available.

Arrangement
The service is not arranged on a contract basis. It is available to all primary and additional holders of an Individual Mastercard credit card through online banking via the m-zaba mobile application.
Use
The fee is 1.32 EUR per installment, and no interest shall be charged.
Cardholders can split a transaction into installments once it becomes visible in m-zaba, i.e. as soon as the Bank receives the transaction details from the sales location.
The Split the Transaction into Installments option is applicable to transactions in the amount ranging from EUR 26 to EUR 535 made in Croatia and abroad, including online payments. The Split the Transaction into Installments service is not applicable to cash withdrawal transactions, games of chance related payments, money transfers, and similar. Only such transactions that have been specially marked as eligible for this option can be split into installments.
Transactions in the amount from EUR 26 to EUR 40 can be split into two installments, while transactions in the amount from EUR 40.01 to EUR 535 can be split into three installments. Transaction amounts under EUR 26 or above EUR 535 cannot be split.
A transaction split into installments is always expressed in EUR and you pay the relevant amounts together with other transaction amounts on your card on the payment due date specified in your Billing Statement. If the transaction is executed in a currency other than EUR, the transaction amount will be converted to EUR in accordance with the conversion rules laid down in the General Operating Terms and Conditions of Zagrebačka banka d.d. for Issuance and Use of Consumer Credit Cards (Individual Mastercard Card Terms of Payment, Article 6.2). A transaction split into installments is recorded in the current billing period two (2) days before the end of the month. Once the split into installments is recorded, the first installment will be included in the next Billing Statement.
