The Video Meeting with a Banker is a service provided by the Bank, which allows you to talk to your Banker and negotiate a cash loan of up to EUR 20,000. You can use any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) that allows you to set up a videoconference (camera, microphone and speaker) to have a Video Meeting.
It is important that the device that you will be using for the Video Meeting has a good internet connection, your camera and speaker are turned on, the e-mail address registered within the Bank’s system is accessible, and that you have installed a PDF reader tool. We recommend you connect to the meeting using your computer.
Also, please have your mobile phone in which you have installed the m-zaba app with you – we will need it to identify you.
You can connect to a meeting using any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) via the free Microsoft Teams platform. All you need to do is install Microsoft Teams through Google Play (Android), App Store (iPhone) or App Gallery (Huawei). If you choose to use your computer, you do not need to install the platform as you will connect via your browser (for example, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari). Please find further details of connecting to a meeting here.
We will identify you at the very beginning of the Video Meeting. The Banker will ask you to provide your identifying particulars (OIB, MBG or account number). We will then send you a push notification to the mobile phone number registered within the Bank’s system, through which you will confirm your identity.
You will sign the agreement and all other documents using a qualified electronic signature, which is equally effective for legal purposes as your personal signature. You will obtain a certificate for your qualified electronic signature free of charge during your Video Meeting with your Banker (unless you already have one).
