Direct debit for repayment of loans and credit card costs

Direct debit for repayment of loans and credit card costs is a service whereby you give your consent to the Bank to debit your transaction account and make a payment to the loan sub-account for repayment of a loan or credit card costs.

You do not define the amount, because the amount is defined depending on the balance on the loan sub-account on the date of execution of direct debit or the amount of credit card costs.

You can give your consent using online banking (e-zaba) or in the nearest Bank branch.

Date of payment execution using direct debit for loan repayment can be any day from the 1st until the 15th day of the month, while for payment of credit card costs the date depends on the date of debiting incurred costs (you can choose any day from the 1st until the 28th day of the month) which you have selected when arranging your credit card.

If there are no sufficient funds in your account on the date of execution, direct debit for repayment of loans and credit card costs will be executed in the amount which is available on your transaction account, and then execution will be attempted over the next 13 days, until the entire amount is settled.
