Servis Centar packages

Servis Centar enables fast and efficient roadside and travel assistance as well as home assistance. These services are provided by Zagrebačka banka’s partner Mondial Assistance:

  • roadside assistance
  • home assistance (plumbing, electrician, locksmith, and glazier services)
  • digital wallet protection
  • mobile device protection
  • travel health insurance
  • Cyber Shield (online risk insurance)

Servis Centar is part of Smart and Superior Packages, and the scope of services depends on the package you choose:

Benefits

Servis Centar provides efficient assistance in various situations:

  1. When your vehicle breaks down (car or motorcycle), we will organise vehicle towing or repair, a replacement vehicle, accommodation, or continuation of your trip.
  2. When you need plumbing, gas, locksmith, glazier, roofing, or electrician services.
  3. When your wallet gets stolen and you need new documents and your means of payment are misused.
  4. When your home or vehicle are broken into and your mobile phone is stolen.
  5. If you need to cancel a trip and emergency medical or dental care on your trip, or you need medical transport in case of accident and illness, when you need a home medical visit, emergency delivery of medicines, hospitalisation, etc.
  6. If an item you buy online is not delivered or it is delivered or returned damaged, we provide assistance for dispute resolution with online sellers as well as financial compensation if a dispute remains unresolved.
  7. If you need legal aid for cyber risks, such as consultation regarding disputes with online sellers, in case of misuse of your personal information or in the event of malicious internet activity against you.

Arrangement

The Servis Centar services are provided by Mondial Assistance, a partner of Zagrebačka banka with a broad network of partners worldwide. Servis Centar is an integral part of every Package, and it does not have to be arranged separately. The scope of services included by Servis Centar depends on the type of Package you arrange.

Use

The services may be used on the second business day of the week which follows the week when the Package was activated.

Servis Centar users may request assistance 24/7, 365 days a year.

Home assistance includes plumbing, electrician, gas, locksmith, glazier and roofing services. The service is available in Croatia, on the address you registered with Zagrebačka banka as the Package owner. It can be any address you choose, regardless of your residence address.

Roadside assistance in Croatia and abroad is used when your vehicle suddenly breaks due to unexpected and unforeseen mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or electronic faults which lead to vehicle inoperability, including an empty battery. This also includes accidents and related events, driver errors and theft. These services apply to cars for personal use, with weight up to 3,5 tonnes (not trucks) and motorcycles with licence plates registered with Zagrebačka banka. The driver must hold a valid vehicle registration certificate.

The service covers events which occur in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican.

Digital wallet protection includes protection and benefits in the event of damage, theft, loss or fraudulent use of means of payment, accidental damage, loss or theft of means of payment or purchased items, as well as problems related to the delivery of purchased items and damage, theft, loss or fraudulent use of personal documents or keys.

Security

Mondial Asistance, as the data processor, will ask for the following information: your name and surname, package model, IBAN, vehicle type and registration, accident location and contact number, brief description of the event, so they could identify you as the package user, i.e. enable the use of Servis Centar services.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days. If you are a client of Zagrebačka banka, we suggest that you enter your OIB, so the banker could prepare the best financial offers based on the available data.
