Information regarding data processing - resolution of complaints

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation, please be advised as follows:

I. Zagrebačka banka d.d., Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 10, 10000 Zagreb, VAT No.: 92963223473 (e-mail: zaba@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr, tel.: 01 3773 333) (the “Bank”) is the Controller and its Data Protection Officer is available to you at: sluzbenik.za.zastitu.osobnih.podataka@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr.

II. Your personal data (name, mailing address and/or e-mail address and/or PIN) that you provide to the Bank at the time of submitting your complaint will be processed for the purpose of responding to your complaint addressed to the Bank pursuant to the Bank’s legal obligation under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable regulations defining Complaints as legitimate grounds for personal data processing. III. Your personal data given to the Bank when filing the complaint may be delivered to certain third parties for which the Bank is in legal obligation of delivery of data, such as competent authorites to which the Bank is obligated to deliver personal data in line with the applicable regulations (such as, at the request of the regulator and/or supervisory bodies such as the CNB, the CFSSA, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, judicial authorites and the like).

IV. The Bank will process your personal data received for the purpose of handling your complaint within the statutory time limit defined for responses to complaints and will retain them for at least 11 years following the end of the year in which the complaint is resolved.

V. You may at any time exercise your rights guaranteed by the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. your right to access your personal data, to rectify or erase your personal data and to restrict processing of personal data concerning you, the right to object to the processing of such data, and the right to data portability, which you may exercise by visiting any branch of the Bank or via an e-branch in case you use the e-zaba service. You may also access an e-branch of the Bank via m-zaba if you have arranged e-zaba in addition to m-zaba and thus exercise your rights. Your unambiguous identification is the only condition precedent to the exercise of such rights. VI. The Bank needs your personal data provided at the time of submitting your complaint to identify and/or help identify (PIN) the person making the complaint and to respond to your complaint. If you fail to provide the required data, the Bank will not be able to proceed to handle your complaint.
