Contacting a medical specialist for a specific area who will give you his expert opinion on the required treatment method when you wish to get a second opinion. Coverage of doctor’s costs related to the second opinion up to EUR 100.

Information about different medications and their effects, or establishing connections with a pharmacy or an expert who will provide adequate information.

In case of an accident and/or sudden illness when hospital stay of more than five work days is required, Mondial Assistance will organize the transport of children and cover all costs of their transport to Croatia, from any part of the world.

Transportation and accommodation of family members in case of an accident and/or sudden illness when hospital stay of more than five work days is required, when there is no other person who can transfer your relatives who are traveling with you, and when you no longer have accommodation or when your family member wishes to stay with you, Mondial Assistance will arrange accommodation in a single bedroom and cover the costs up to the amount of coverage.
