What is the Report on Fees?
This document shows fees and interest you paid to the Bank per transaction account, the fees for card transactions, as well as interest earned per transaction account.
Pursuant to the Act on the Comparability of Fees Related to Payment Accounts, Payment Account Switching and Access to Basic Accounts, all banks in Croatia have to deliver the Report on Fees to their clients once a year, free of charge.
The Report on Fees shows the fees and interest which the account holders paid to the Bank as well as the interest earned per account. This refers to the following:

You will receive the Report on Fees once a year in January.
The Report includes the following fees:
Information on your transactions and account balance is included in your bank statements, while credit card transactions are listed in notifications of incurred costs for credit cards. If you use our on-line banking (e-zaba, m-zaba), you can check your transactions there as well or in the Bank's branches.
The Bank will deliver the Report on Fees in the same way as your monthly statements of account balance and changes, i.e. using on-line banking (e-zaba, m-zaba), email, mail or in a branch, depending on the arranged channel for the delivery of monthly statements.
The delivery of the Report on Fees is free of charge.
