Report on Fees
Pursuant to the Act on the Comparability of Fees Related to Payment Accounts, Payment Account Switching and Access to Basic Accounts, all banks in Croatia have to deliver the Report on Fees to their clients once a year, free of charge.
The Report on Fees shows the fees and interest which the account holders paid to the Bank as well as the interest earned per account. This refers to the following:
- interest and fees charged for payments using transaction accounts (including the package maintenance fee)
- earned interest per transaction account
- fees charged for card transactions
