Roadside assistance services in Croatia and abroad are used when you encounter a sudden vehicle breakdown caused by a mechanical, electrical, electronic or hydraulic failure. These services relate to passenger cars used for private purposes of the total weight of 3.5 tons (not goods vehicles), and on motorcycles whose number plates are registered with Zagrebačka banka. The driver must possess a valid driver's license.

Repair services on the spot or towing services

The organization of the repair services on the spot or towing services to the nearest car repair shop or authorized repairer in case of failure of your car or motorcycle.

Vehicle repairs on the spot also include tire replacement on the accident site. In case of tire replacement, vehicle towing is not included in the coverage.

Replacement vehicle

The organization of a replacement vehicle if your car must stay in the shop for more than 24 hours. By using this service you are excluded from using the services Accommodation and Journey continuation.

Accommodation

Coverage of the costs of accommodation (maximum 2 nights) in a local hotel up to the amount of coverage in the event of a failure on your car, and the place of repair is more than 50 kilometres away from your address registered with the Bank. By using this service you are excluded from using the services Replacement vehicle and Journey continuation.

Journey continuation

The organization and coverage of the costs of transportation to the intended destination (up to the amount of coverage) if the repair of the vehicle takes more than 48 hours, and the repair is organized by the Service Center. By using this service you are excluded from using the services Replacement vehicle and Accommodation.

The service includes the access to the Mondial Assistance providers network i.e. the information about the nearest repair centre, authorised dealer or tire repair shop.

Exceptions from the provision of these services include situations in which a malfunction of the vehicle occurred due to war events, riots, social unrest, radiation, strikes, demonstrations, acts of terrorism or sabotage, participation in gambling, crime and fights, excluding accidents caused in self-defense or while helping people in danger, participation in competitions and races, deliberate actions by Lepeza package users, driving a car or motorcycle without a valid driver's license, driving a car or motorcycle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics. Also, any indirect costs following an accident, breakdown of vehicle or due to driving error will not be covered.

This service is available for the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Hungary, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic and Canary islands), Sweden, Switzerland, the Vatican and the UK.
