You can use the machine for depositing all denominations of HRK coins. For successful processing, we recommend using clean coins.

Only the banknotes in the currency of the Republic of Croatia can be deposited into the day-night vault. 

We will send the new card to the address listed in the Bank’s system. Please inform us on time on any changes to the address. You can use the existing card until the last day of the month when your card expires, and we will send you the new card mid-month.

The period is rather short, a few days at the latest.

  • insert your debit card for the current account in euro or giro account in euro
  • instructions for use will appear on the screen, which will guide you through the process
  • deposit the coins into the designated slot
  • the amount of counted money will appear on the screen
  • select an option on the screen (deposit on an account or return of coins)
  • take the confirmation slip.

1) Submission of the loan application and the documents required for loan approval.
2) The Bank will initiate the appraisal of the property through ZANE d.o.o. that will also include the appraisal amount required for property repair.
3) If required, ZANE d.o.o. will organise a structural engineer's visit to your property to assess the damage requiring repair.
4) If approval conditions are met, the Bank will approve the loan.
5) Certification/solemnization of the loan agreement by a notary public, registration of pledge of property in favour of Zagrebačka banka in case of loans exceeding HRK 100,000 / EUR 15,000
6) Payment of loan amount

A transaction begins when you insert the card in the reader. Coin counting begins after you lift the drawer and insert coins into the drum. Counting will begin, and the amount of counted money will appear on the screen. Finally, you can select whether you want to deposit the money or you want your coins back. If you opt for a deposit, please take the confirmation slip.

The request to open an account can be submitted at a branch.
Necessary documents:
1. ID document (ID card or passport)
2. OIB – personal identification number
3. one proof of the intent to conduct business with the bank:
• you wish to obtain regular income (contract of employment or a certificate by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute or a foreign pension fund)
• you have real estate in Croatia (title deed)
• relocation to Croatia (residence permit)
• medical treatment in Croatia (documents issued by medical institution)
• studying (certificate issued by faculty)
• you have a company or another type of business activity (certificate confirming the registered business).
We suggest that, before visiting the branch, you set up an appointment with a banker here.

The use is very simple, and the instructions will be displayed on the screen:

  • slide the card (due to the fact that it is a payment, your PIN is not required)
  • place the coins on the tray, lift it and so insert coins into the machine
  • wait until the device performs the checking of coins
  • the display will show the amount of the deposit: select one of the options ("The continuation of the counting" if you want to place more coins, or "Print receipt" if you wish to complete the transaction and deposit coins on the account)
  • in case of depositing money on the account, take the receipt from the hatch in the bottom of the device
  • in case the device returns coins, take them from the returning compartment.
