The ZB Trader HR service is a service for online trading of securities on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the only possible currency of the account is the local currency.
ZB Trader Global is a service for online trading of securities in international stock exchanges, and when arranging the service, you need to choose the base currency of your account – you will add and disburse funds in the chosen currency in the future. Also, evaluation of your portfolio will be expressed in your chosen base currency.
The funds can be added or disbursed in a currency other than the base currency, however, the fee for conversion of 0.50% will be charged. If you will trade in securities in a currency other than the base currency via your ZB Trader Global account, all gains or losses on such positions will be converted into the base currency, plus/minus the fee for conversion of 0.50%.
Note: the fee for conversion is based on the mid-market FX spot rate at the time of transfer or closing the position, plus/minus 0.50%.

Yes, after the Visa debit card issued for a consumer transaction account is replaced, all users of such account will receive new cards as well. Once the account holder activates his/her new Mastercard card, all existing Visa cards held by authorised users will be deactivated. Before activating your new card, please check (as the account holder) whether all your authorised users have received their new cards, and make sure that you inform them after you activate your new card as they need to activate theirs as well.
If your transaction account (current account in euros, multi-currency account or gyro account) has been debited for a debit card payment, and you did not make the purchase, the debit transaction will be reversed in the evening hours of the 7th day, which is also the time when you can expect a refund in your transaction account (but only if the sales location does not send an electronic payment confirmation by that time). You can check the reversal transaction under the transactions posted on the date of purchase.
Example: If you make a card payment on 1 March and the sales location subsequently informs you that it only reserved the amount but will not send the payment settlement order, the reversal of payment in your account will be made on 8 March in the evening hours. You can check the reversal transaction the next day, i.e., on 9 March. The reversal transaction will also be included in the list of account transactions posted on the date of transaction 1 March.

You can keep the access to your trial account after opening a live trading account. Also, you can request an extension of the duration of your trial account.
