The subfund ZB Invest Funds - ZB Bond 2024 USD primarily invests assets into bonds and money market instruments, which are published or guaranteed for by the Republic of Croatia or the USA, as well as into deposits. A small portion of assets will be invested in corporate and municipal bonds and money market instruments. As the subfund maturity date approaches, the portion of assets invested in deposits increases.  The risk of the subfund is low to moderate.

A natural person can have only one ZB Trader HR and one ZB Trader Global account.

Note: it is not possible to try out ZB Trader HR via a trial account.

Investing into investment funds enables higher yield compared to standard types of saving because of the direct access to domestic and global money and capital markets. By purchasing units in an investment fund, you invest your money together with other investors with a relatively small stake in different types of assets. ZB Invest offers various attractive investment funds and investment products which, with professional management and appropriate yield, may meet the needs of any investor, primarily depending on their investment goals, investment horizon and risk appetite.

The following fees are charged for managing a ZB Trader account:

•  ZB Trader Global: there is no account maintenance fee
•  In order to have the overview of the market in real time, a user of ZB Trader Global has to subscribe using the tool for subscriptions on the platform.
•  Note: the subscription fee will be charged immediately upon arranging and it will always be charged for the entire calendar month, irrespective of the date of subscription.
•  ZB Trader HR: EUR 1,33 per month
•  The fee includes an overview of the market with 10 best deals for buying and selling, and transactions on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in real time
•  Note: users of Dinamična, Elastična, Obitelj Plus and Premium Lepeza Packages do not pay the monthly usage fee.
  

If you do not have open orders, positions and/or cash in your account, please contact the nearest branch of Zagrebačka banka to submit your Service Cancellation Request. Alternatively, download the Service Cancellation Request, fill it out, sign it and send it to brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr. You need to deliver the original of the completed Request by post to ZABA Brokeri, Samoborska cesta 145, 10000 Zagreb. Otherwise:

• Close all remaining orders and positions in your account, and if you have stocks you wish to transfer to another brokerage/custodial account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
• Pay out the remaining cash via e-zaba or contact ZABA Brokeri to carry out the payout for you.
• Note: the above actions are not necessary if you intend to continue trading via ZABA Brokeri, by phone or in person.

If you do not have open orders, positions and/or cash in your account, please contact the nearest branch of Zagrebačka banka to submit your Service Cancellation Request.
Alternatively, download the Service Cancellation Request, fill it out, sign it and send it to brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr. You need to deliver the original of the completed Request by post to ZABA Brokeri, Samoborska cesta 145, 10000 Zagreb. Otherwise:

• Close all remaining orders and positions in your account, and if you have stocks you wish to transfer to another brokerage/custodial account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
• For the payout of the remaining cash in your account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
• Print out your account summaries and other relevant reports.

Note: after closing your ZB Trader Global account, you will no longer have the access to platforms – the processing of the request for printing the report, which in this case you will have to submit to get the report, can take up to two weeks.
