The ZB Trader Global web application:
If you have already arranged a trading account via the ZB Trader Global platform, you can access the web application via e-zaba. If you still do not have an account, sign up for the demo and try it out! For arranging a live trading account, please visit the nearest branch of Zagrebačka banka.

The ZB Trader Global desktop application:
If you have already arranged a trading account via the ZB Trader Global platform, download the desktop application via e-zaba.

If you already have a live trading account or a trial account, but you wish to install the desktop version of the platform as well, download it via e-zaba.

If you still do not have an account:

  • sign up for the demo and try it out!
  • please find detailed information on opening an account here.

Once you have installed the platform, please log in with your user ID and password. If this is the first time you are logging in on this computer, you will need to generate a new security key.
For the activation of the key, please contact ZABA Brokeri weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. via e-mail brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr or phone 01 4801 544. Please, contact us from the previously registered email or phone number.
Note: e-zaba users can log in at any time to the ZB Trader Global web application as well.

Transfer of stocks to your ZB Trader Global account can be conducted via ZABA Brokeri exclusively.

You can make payments to ZB Trader Global in the following manner:

  • Via e-zaba:
    • select Funds Transfer from the ZB Trader Global menu on the left
    • in the Service field, a drop-down menu opens with brokerage services (accounts) to which you can add funds
    • in the Amount field, you need to enter the amount of funds (use a comma as the separator)
    • you can make an order for the transfer of funds by clicking Prepare > you need to authenticate the order using the MAC (APPLI2) and then click Carry out
  • In a branch:
    • Visit the nearest branch so that the employees of Zagrebačka banka could carry out a payment into the ZB Trader Global service for you.

Note: transfers carried out on working days before 12 noon will be available for trading on the same working day. transfers carried out on working days after 12 noon will be available for trading on the following working day.

It is not possible to disburse funds from your ZB Trader Global account to your foreign currency account via e-zaba. You need to contact ZABA Brokeri.

The actual market prices will be displayed on the ZB Trader Global platform only if you subscribed using the tool for subscriptions. You can access it by clicking on Account > Manage Subscriptions.

To quickly and easily access the market data in real time, please:

  • click Subscribe to the Stock Exchange on which you wish to subscribe
  • fill out the Subscription Agreement and accept the Terms and Conditions
  • click Submit Subscription Agreement on the bottom of the Agreement

Note: the subscription fee will be charged immediately upon arranging and it will always be charged for the entire calendar month, irrespective of the date of subscription.

The ZB Trader HR service is a service for online trading of securities on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the only possible currency of the account is the local currency.
ZB Trader Global is a service for online trading of securities in international stock exchanges, and when arranging the service, you need to choose the base currency of your account – you will add and disburse funds in the chosen currency in the future. Also, evaluation of your portfolio will be expressed in your chosen base currency.
The funds can be added or disbursed in a currency other than the base currency, however, the fee for conversion of 0.50% will be charged. If you will trade in securities in a currency other than the base currency via your ZB Trader Global account, all gains or losses on such positions will be converted into the base currency, plus/minus the fee for conversion of 0.50%.
Note: the fee for conversion is based on the mid-market FX spot rate at the time of transfer or closing the position, plus/minus 0.50%.

If you do not have open orders, positions and/or cash in your account, please contact the nearest branch of Zagrebačka banka to submit your Service Cancellation Request.
Alternatively, download the Service Cancellation Request, fill it out, sign it and send it to brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr. You need to deliver the original of the completed Request by post to ZABA Brokeri, Samoborska cesta 145, 10000 Zagreb. Otherwise:

  • Close all remaining orders and positions in your account, and if you have stocks you wish to transfer to another brokerage/custodial account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
  • For the payout of the remaining cash in your account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
  • Print out your account summaries and other relevant reports.

Note: after closing your ZB Trader Global account, you will no longer have the access to platforms – the processing of the request for printing the report, which in this case you will have to submit to get the report, can take up to two weeks.

You can keep the access to your trial account after opening a live trading account. Also, you can request an extension of the duration of your trial account.
