If you do not have open orders, positions and/or cash in your account, please contact the nearest branch of Zagrebačka banka to submit your Service Cancellation Request.
Alternatively, download the Service Cancellation Request, fill it out, sign it and send it to brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr. You need to deliver the original of the completed Request by post to ZABA Brokeri, Samoborska cesta 145, 10000 Zagreb. Otherwise:
- Close all remaining orders and positions in your account, and if you have stocks you wish to transfer to another brokerage/custodial account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
- For the payout of the remaining cash in your account, please contact ZABA Brokeri.
- Print out your account summaries and other relevant reports.
Note: after closing your ZB Trader Global account, you will no longer have the access to platforms – the processing of the request for printing the report, which in this case you will have to submit to get the report, can take up to two weeks.
