BOSQAR d.d., a company for the management of other companies, with its registered seat in Zagreb, hereby launches a secondary public offering by issuing up to a maximum of 5,892,185 new shares, under the terms and conditions set out in the Public Invitation.

The offering period commences on 1. 6. 2026 at 09:00 and ends on 10. 6. 2026 at 16:00. Interested investors may subscribe for shares as of now via the m-zaba mobile application, as well as through the branch network of Zagrebačka banka.
