ATM is an automated device which enables safe and quick:

  • cash withdrawals
  • cash deposit transactions (Automated Note Deposit)
  • balance inquiry

Services are available 24 hours a day, in more than 750 locations in Croatia.

Use

ATM malfunctions or issues which occur when making transactions can be reported in a branch, by calling 01 3773 333 or by sending an email to zaba@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr 
Please prepare the information about the exact address of the ATM, the date of the event, and if you took the ATM receipt, the ATM number (a five-digit ID number printed on the top of the receipt).
If the complaint refers to the implementation of the transaction, the amount of payment or withdrawal, please provide as much information as possible about the transaction which will help in investigating and resolving the request: a description of events and the course of the transaction at the ATM, the ATM number and address, date and time and also the transaction amount.

In case you need to report a lost or stolen card, please call 01 3789 789.

Follow these simple instructions:

  •  If an ATM looks suspicious or it has unusual functionalities, do not use it. Notify the Bank or police.
  •  Do not pull out suspicious devices from the ATM.
  •  Avoid using your card at ATMs in the vicinity of a suspicious person.
  •  Do not let anyone distract you when making a transaction, not even if they look like they want to help you.
  •  If an ATM suddenly takes your card or you need to report a loss, please call: 01 3789 789.
  •  When entering the PIN at an ATM, use your hand to cover the keypad so others would not see it.
  •  Remember your PIN and do not write it on the card.
  •  Carefully monitor your account activity and immediately report any irregularity to the Bank.

For a successful transaction, we recommend depositing a maximum of 50 banknotes per transaction.
