A request for arranging an account can be submitted in any branch.
Required documents:
1. Identification document (ID card or passport)
2. PIN (OIB)
3. A letter of intent to do business with the Bank:
• you want to receive regular income (employment agreement or a Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) certificate or a foreign fund certificate on pension payout)
• you have a property in the Republic of Croatia (title deed)
• relocation to Croatia (temporary stay permit)
• treatment in the Republic of Croatia (medical documentation)
• studying (certificate from a university)
• you have a company or other business (business registration certificate)
