In accordance with the Decision on the Prohibition of Leaving the Place of Residence and Permanent Residence in the Republic of Croatia (by the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia), a new manner of issuing e-passes and an interface for this purpose have become effective.
e-Passes, a system available on the website epropusnice.gov.hr, enables individuals to send requests for e-pass issuance using e-Građani and NIAS (National Identification and Authentication System) services.
In order to access the system, you can use a mobile (m-token) or a physical token, which has been issued to you as a natural person, regardless of whether you are logging in as a citizen or an employer. For example, you can use the token which has been issued to you for the purposes of online banking and e-zaba for individuals.
