Zagrebačka banka awards reward points which convert to BONUS euro on your MultiPlus card for every payment at a point of sale in Croatia, abroad or online, both for one-off and instalment payments, to every holder of a debit card for current account in euro or Mastercard credit cards (Individual Standard, Gold, Platinum, Student and go!card) who is a member of the Programme. Zagrebačka banka also awards reward points for using your proxies’ debit cards for current account in euro and additional Mastercard cards.
By paying with Zaba cards, you receive points and BONUS euro from Zagrebačka banka, without having to show your MultiPlus card in a store. You receive one reward point for every:

• 5 euro paid with your Mastercard credit card

• 9 euro paid with your debit card for current account in euro

Reward points convert to BONUS euro. For 100 collected reward points, you get one (1) BONUS euro, i.e. one (1) reward point equals 0.01 BONUS euro in any Programme partner store. One (1) BONUS euro corresponds to the value of one (1) euro discount on a purchase in any Programme partner store.
The calculation period in which users may collect and use BONUS euro lasts 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December every year.
You do not have to show your MultiPlus card when shopping. The points are collected automatically by paying with Zaba cards.
Points, or BONUS euro, are collected for one-off payments and instalment payments. Points are not awarded for cash withdrawals, participation in games of chance (lottery, betting, casinos and slot machines, etc.), consumer and cash loan instalments, money transfers, or payments made in favour of other payment instruments, etc. (e.g. payments to other digital wallets, purchase of cryptocurrencies, brokering services, etc.). In case of a refund/cancellation per card, the awarded points, i.e. BONUS euro, are deduced.
If you shop in our partner stores of the Programme, i.e. Konzum, Tisak and Tisak media, when you show your MultiPlus card, your will collect multiple reward points and BONUS euro from both Zagrebačka banka and partners where you are shopping!

With every purchase in a partner store of the MultiPlusCard programme, users collect reward points in the form of BONUS euro which are immediately available on their MultiPlus card.
You can use BONUS euro for your next purchase, spend them later or collect over a longer period as BONUS euro collected in one year can be used until the end of the following year.
If you do not use all BONUS euro by the end of the year, the remaining reward amount of BONUS euro available on your MultiPlus card on 31 December will be transferred to the following year and can be used by the end of that year, i.e. 31 December.
In order to use your BONUS euro, show your MultiPlus card or your mobile app electronic card, or enter your MultiPlus card number in the MultiPlusCard programme partner webshop.

Yes, the Free service package includes the use of e-zaba internet banking and the possibility of free use of the m-token for authorizing online purchases. To register for the m-token, it is necessary to request activation and identification keys for the m-token at the branch. This can also be done through an authorized representative with a special power of attorney and the authority to instruct the Bank to send the activation key for the m-token via SMS to the mobile phone number of the online banking service user and to collect the identification key required for activating the m-token at the Bank branch on behalf and for the purpose of signing up for and/or activating the m-token. After activation, the m-token is used in the m-zaba app on a smartphone or tablet.

You can arrange it at any branch of Zagrebačka banka. To arrange your Free service package, all you need to do is present a valid identity document (identity card or passport) and a certificate of your OIB (Croatian Personal ID No.), unless it appears on your identity document.

For the purpose of opening a Free service package, the Bank may request that the consumer provide evidence of their regular income.

The use is very simple, and the instructions will be displayed on the screen:

• slide the card (due to the fact that it is a payment, your PIN is not required)
• place the coins on the tray, lift it and so insert coins into the machine
• wait until the device performs the checking of coins
• the display will show the amount of the deposit: select one of the options ("The continuation of the counting" if you want to place more coins, or "Print receipt" if you wish to complete the transaction and deposit coins on the account)
• in case of depositing money on the account, take the receipt from the hatch in the bottom of the device
• in case the device returns coins, take them from the returning compartment.
  

A transaction begins when you insert the card in the reader. Coin counting begins after you lift the drawer and insert coins into the drum. Counting will begin, and the amount of counted money will appear on the screen. Finally, you can select whether you want to deposit the money or you want your coins back. If you opt for a deposit, please take the confirmation slip.

Every time you make a payment with your Individual Mastercard or go!card Mastercard credit card in Croatia, abroad or online, you receive the MultiPlusCard reward points in the form of BONUS euro. Participation in the reward programme is free of charge. The points for purchases via cards are collected from the date of reporting the number of the current account in euro opened with Zagrebačka banka (or the go!card debiting account number) in the MultiPlusCard programme by the account owner.
