Transaction service agreement

An Transaction service agreement enables service users, i.e. persons who have legal capacity, to arrange the possibility of using the following banking and non-banking services:

  1. Account opening and maintenance:
    • current account in EUR,
    • multi-currency current account,
    • giro account in EUR,
    • multi-currency giro account.
  2. Use of direct channels:
    • online banking:
      • internet banking (e-zaba),
      • mobile banking (m-zaba),
  3. Other banking services (Start, Smart, Superior Packages, Package for the Youth) and non-banking services which the User is allowed to use during the period of this Agreement (e.g. Servis Centar for Home Assistance, Roadside Assistance, etc.).

The above mentioned services, including transaction accounts, can be arranged independently, unless the user is a minor or a person lacking legal capacity.

The user activates the use of at least one transaction account (current account in EUR, multi-currency current account, giro account in EUR, or multi-currency giro account) with which they can use a certain service or all services: online banking (e-zaba), mobile banking (m-zaba) and other banking and non-banking services which the user is allowed to use during the period of the contractual relationship and in a manner determined by the Bank (e.g. Home Assistance, Roadside Assistance, etc.). The user can subsequently activate or deactivate a certain service by submitting a request to the Bank.

The Bank will close the account deactivated by the user who, in case of re-activation of that account, will be given a new account number. Upon deactivation of all accounts, all other services are also deactivated.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days.
