Reminder of the possibility of signing the Agreement on the use of the physical token until May 15, 2024

Zagrebačka banka always focuses on its clients and their well-being, which is why the Decision on the discontinuation of physical tokens was made last year with the aim of increasing the level of security and simplicity when using the Bank's online products and services.

We remind you that until May 15, 2024, the clients can sign the Agreement on the use of the physical token in the branch office in case they still want to use it to access online banking and the e-Citizens system.

After that date, the physical token goes out of use for clients without the Agreement.

Since the physical token will no longer be in use, we remind the clients of the possibility of contracting and using m-token free of charge, which, along with access to online banking and e-Citizens, has a functionality of confirmation of online card purchases. It is a great solution because it is in your mobile phone, and its contracting and use is free of charge. Our bankers will be happy to show you how to use it.

Why m-token?

• It is simple and accessible - it is in your mobile phone, so you can access online banking, online shopping or e-Citizens anytime and anywhere. You don't need to carry another device with you.
• Safe to use - it is activated by entering a PIN known only to you and helps you not to become a victim of fraud because you can see the elements of the transaction you confirm with it (e.g., the amount of the payment and the retailer you are paying to).
• It is free.

It's good to know:

• To use the m-token, a mobile device with iOS or Android operating system and internet access is required.
• You do not need to return the physical token to the branch office.
