Discontinuation of use of hardware tokens for individual clients
As of 15 February 2024, it will no longer be possible to use a hardware token for user or transaction authentication. Therefore, you will need to arrange the m-token (mobile token) service instead if you do not already have it. m-token is free of charge, and it is installed on your mobile device as a service embedded in your m-zaba online banking application. Dual display of prices and monetary amounts
We introduced the dual display of prices and monetary amounts in HRK and EUR for consumers as a part of our preparations for the adoption of the euro. The dual display will remain in force until the end of 2023. The fixed conversion rate of HRK 7.53450 per EUR is displayed in addition to the dual display.

Using e-zaba, you can:

  • forward a confirmation of order execution to the recipient by e-mail or mail
  • stay informed about your expenses
  • buy, sell and exchange foreign currencies
  • buy, sell and transfer shares in ZB Invest funds
  • arrange term deposit with a stimulating interest rate
  • arrange i-Bills
  • consult your banker and execute certain transactions usinge e-branch
