The package combines several Bank's products and services for one monthly fee.
The Smart Package may be arranged by adults who have legal capacity, who have previously concluded the Agreement on Transactions.

Note: By concluding the Agreement on Transactions, the use of banking and non-banking services included in the package, and enabled to the user by the Bank during the term of agreement, will be automatically activated for the Smart Package user. The user can subsequently deactivate or re-activate a certain service by submitting a request to the Bank.
The Smart Package service may be arranged by natural persons - adults, who meet the criteria for arranging a package.
Free payments in EUR are the ones which you can make without paying a fee, and that refers to payments in EUR in favour of business entities with an account opened with the Bank as well as all payments in EUR in favour of accounts which are not opened with the Bank.
These payments refer to national and cross-border credit transfer in euro, from transaction accounts in EUR included in the package, and made using a package channel.
If the client uses a channel which they have arranged, but which are not included in the package, the payment in EUR will not be free.
You may use them as soon as you arrange a package. They are not charged based on the date of package arrangement, but on the calender month.
It is important to note that when changing the package product type, free transactions are not added. For example, if you used 10 transactions in one package and you switch to another package (which includes, e.g. 5 free transactions), then these 5 free transactions will not be added, but rather, upon next transaction, the number of payments used in that calender month will be checked (in this case, 10 were previously used, which is more than 5). To execute an order in such case, a fee will be charged.

Servis Centar users may request assistance 24/7, 365 days a year.
Mondial Asistance, as the data processor, will ask for the following information: your name and surname, package model, IBAN, vehicle type and registration, accident location and contact number, brief description of the event, so they could identify you as the package user, i.e. enable the use of Servis Centar services.
