Having a good assistant is convenient, and Aktivan Platni Asistent Service is always at your service.
Aktivan Platni Asistent Service can be activated by any adult natural person who has previously concluded the Transaction service agreement.
Your Platni Asistent includes everything you need in your daily financial business, with a single monthly fee:
- operating a current account in HRK and a foreign currency current account with a debit card
- the possibility of using online banking (m-zaba and e-zaba)
- 5 free payments in HRK from transaction accounts in HRK made using the online banking services included in a Platni asistent, or a standing order, and SEPA direct debit
- 2 free payments in HRK in any branch
- the possibility of issuing a credit card at the client's request and in accordance with the Bank’s internal rules - no registration or membership fees for the primary user (Standard Mastercard credit card)
- tacitly accepted overdraft in the amount and for the period approved in accordance with the Bank’s business policy per current account in HRK up to HRK 10,000 with an interest rate of 8.41%
- instalment payment with a debit card for current account in HRK, with no interest or fees, and a limit of HRK 5,000
- arranging a standing order in favour of an account opened by a natural person with the Bank or a member of the Group of Zagrebačka banka d.d., including Allianz Hrvatska d.d. and Allianz ZB d.o.o.
- Servis Centar services (S, M or L) are available for all users who have arranged them by 31 January 2017 with Platni Asistent services.
Note: the only required account in a Platni Asistent Package is the current account in HRK since that account is debited for the activation fee / operating fee.
