Smart Package

Accounts and cards, online banking, contracted overdraft, instalment payment, i-Računi and numerous additional benefits will simplify your everyday life

Don't change your daily rhythm, but organize your finances wisely. Everything you need for business is in our Smart package. Accounts and cards, online banking, contracted overdraft, installment payment, i-Bills and additional benefits will make your everyday life easier.

The package combines several Bank's products and services for one monthly fee.

The Smart Package may be arranged by adults who have legal capacity, who have previously concluded the Agreement on Transactions.

This package includes:

  • maintenance of a current account in EUR, giro account in EUR, Multi-currency current account and a Multi-currency giro account with debit cards
  • the possibility of having two proxies for every account in the package, free of charge
  • 20 free payments by national and cross-border credit transfer in euro from a current account in EUR and giro account in EUR initiated through on-line banking services included in the package, and by standing order and SEPA direct debit.
  • online banking services (m-zaba and e-zaba)
  • i-Bills
  • contracting and using the e-trade service
  • the possibility of issuing a credit card at the client's request and in accordance with the Bank’s internal rules - no registration or membership fees for the primary and two additional users (Standard Mastercard credit card)
  • the possibility of using contracted overdraft in the amount and for the period approved in accordance with the Bank’s business policy per current account in EUR up to EUR 7.000 with an interest rate of 5.45%
  • the possibility of instalment payment with a debit card, with no interest or fees, and a limit of up to EUR 2700, in accordance with the Bank’s business policy
  • arranging a standing order in favour of an account opened by a natural person with the Bank or a member of the Group of Zagrebačka banka d.d., including Allianz Hrvatska d.d. and Allianz ZB d.o.o.
  • cash withdrawal using a debit card at an ATM of UniCredit Group abroad, from a current account in EUR or a giro account in EUR free of charge (find ATMs using m-zaba)

Note: By concluding the Agreement on Transactions, the use of banking and non-banking services included in the package, and enabled to the user by the Bank during the term of agreement, will be automatically activated for the Smart Package user. The user can subsequently deactivate or re-activate a certain service by submitting a request to the Bank.


    In the Smart package, as part of the Service Center services, you also get:
  • home assistance - emergency repairs up to EUR 150 per case, maximum twice a year
  • roadside assistance in Croatia and abroad - towing or on-site repair up to EUR 200; accommodation up to EUR 60 in Croatia or EUR 85 abroad; continuation of the journey up to EUR 150
  • compensation of false payment costs and compensation in case of theft of personal money
  • coverage of the costs of replacing identification documents in case of damage, theft or lost
  • reimbursement of false expenses by means of payment and compensation in case of theft of personal money up to EUR 500
  • the cost of replacement and delivery of identification documents up to EUR 500.

Arrangement

The Smart Package service may be arranged by natural persons - adults, who meet the criteria for arranging a package.

Use

Free payments in EUR are the ones which you can make without paying a fee, and that refers to payments in EUR in favour of business entities with an account opened with the Bank as well as all payments in EUR in favour of accounts which are not opened with the Bank.

These payments refer to national and cross-border credit transfer in euro, from transaction accounts in EUR included in the package, and made using a package channel.

If the client uses a channel which they have arranged, but which are not included in the package, the payment in EUR will not be free.

You may use them as soon as you arrange a package. They are not charged based on the date of package arrangement, but on the calender month.

It is important to note that when changing the package product type, free transactions are not added. For example, if you used 10 transactions in one package and you switch to another package (which includes, e.g. 5 free transactions), then these 5 free transactions will not be added, but rather, upon next transaction, the number of payments used in that calender month will be checked (in this case, 10 were previously used, which is more than 5). To execute an order in such case, a fee will be charged.

Servis Centar users may request assistance 24/7, 365 days a year.

Security

Mondial Asistance, as the data processor, will ask for the following information: your name and surname, package model, IBAN, vehicle type and registration, accident location and contact number, brief description of the event, so they could identify you as the package user, i.e. enable the use of Servis Centar services.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days.
