Dinamična Lepeza Package includes many things:
operating a current account in EUR, a giro account in EUR, a multi-currency current account, and a multi-currency giro account with a debit card
the possibility of having two proxies for every Lepeza account
20 free payments in EUR from transaction accounts in EUR made using the on-line banking services included in a Lepeza Package, or a standing order, and SEPA direct debit
the possibility of issuing a credit card at the client's request and in accordance with the Bank’s internal rules - no registration or membership fees for the primary and an additional user (Standard Mastercard credit card)
contracted overdraft in the amount and for the period approved in accordance with the Bank’s business policy per current account in EUR up to EUR 7.000 with an interest rate of 6.37%
instalment payment with a debit card for current account in EUR, with no interest or fees, and a limit of up to EUR 1350
arranging a standing order - in favour of an account opened by a natural person with the Bank or a member of the Group of Zagrebačka banka d.d., including Allianz Hrvatska d.d. and Allianz ZB d.o.o.
cash withdrawal abroad using debit cards on ATMs of banks which are members of the UniCredit Group from current accounts in EUR and giro accounts in EUR free of charge (find them via m-zaba)
Note: the only required account in a Lepeza Package is the current account in EUR since that account is debited for the activation fee / operating fee.

Free transactions are national and cross-border credit transfers in euros for which no fee is charged and refer to payments initiated via online banking or payments via standing orders or SEPA direct debits in favour of accounts of business entities in the Bank and payments to accounts outside the Bank.
Free transactions include national and cross-border credit transfers in euros from current accounts in euros and giro accounts in euros included in the Lepeza Package and conducted via mandatory and optional channels included in the Lepeza Package.
For channels arranged by the client that are not included in the Lepeza Package, the client cannot use the benefit of free transactions.

Servis Centar users may request assistance 24/7, 365 days a year.
Roadside assistance services in Croatia and abroad are used when your vehicle suddenly stops working due to a mechanical, electrical, electronic or hydraulic causes. Those services apply to personal cars used for private purposes, total mass up to 3.5 tons (not goods vehicles), and to motorcycles with registration plates registered at Zagrebačka banka. The driver must possess a valid car registration document.
Assistance at home includes plumber, electrician, locksmith and glazier services. The service is available in Croatia, at the address that you registered at Zagrebačka banka as the owner of the Lepeza Package or a separate service of Servis Centar. That may be any address of your choice, regardless of your address of residence.
The Certificate to confirm coverage of medical expenses and medical assistance while travelling is issued at the request of the client in any Zagrebačka banka branch.
Mondial Asistance, as the data processor, will ask for the following information: your name and surname, package model, IBAN, vehicle type and registration, accident location and contact number, brief description of the event, so they could identify you as the package user, i.e. enable the use of Servis Centar services.
